Dispatch Policy
We strive to ensure that all items displayed are in stock; however, we cannot guarantee availability, and the display of items on our website is an invitation for purchase, not a binding offer for sale. Goods are typically dispatched within one week. If we are unable to dispatch your order within 14 days (unless previously stated before purchase), we will contact you via email with an estimated dispatch date and an explanation for the delay. If the shipment of your order exceeds 14 days after receipt of funds, you are entitled to a refund if you decide to cancel the order.
Please note that all purchases made outside of the EU may be subject to import/customs fees upon entry into your country. These costs are not included in the shipping fee on our website and are the responsibility of the customer.
